A property platform for premium residential & commercial plots across Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh — listings with video tours, city-based search and site-visit booking.
What needed solving
Plot-sale businesses traditionally run on phone calls and site visits, with no digital presence. BGINH needed buyers to discover and evaluate far-flung plots remotely — with the trust signals (legal verification, documentation and registration support) that land transactions in India demand.
What we built
We built their complete platform: an Angular storefront with property listings, image galleries and video site tours, city-based search and filtering, and consultation / site-visit booking with WhatsApp integration — backed by a Node.js (Express) API and media service so the BGINH team manages every listing themselves.
The platform is live at bginh.com, carrying BGINH's portfolio across Gurugram, New Delhi, Lucknow, the Jewar Airport corridor, Mathura and Ghaziabad — every listing, gallery and tour managed by their own team without touching code.
